Sorting functionality not available for column headers in Page Properties Report table in view mode

Issue Summary

Sorting functionality is not available in Column headers of the Page Properties Report macro table in view mode.
Note: The sorting functionality in the column header was working before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a page properties report macro populated with a few rows.
2. Publish the page.
3. Now try to sort the columns using the table header on Page Properties Report table. 

Expected Results

We should be able to manually click the column header once the report has been generated to sort the table in view mode.

Actual Results

The sorting option is not present for the column header

Workaround

Use the "Sort by" function available in the macro in edit mode.
