"Macro usage" page to include all macros

      Issue Summary

      The "Macro usage" page doesn't show all the Macros used on the site.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a blank page.
      2. Insert any structured macro such as "Expand" macro.
      3. Publish the page.
      4. Navigate to Settings -> Macro Usage (Administration permission required)

      5. Expand Macro is not shown in the list

      Expected Results

      "Macro usage" page to show all Macros used on site.

      Actual Results

      The "Macro usage" page is missing a few macros.
