Summary

There are some PDF files that aren't able to be previewed in Confluence. So far we have noticed it happens to some files generated from Docusign.

PDF Preview is generated

Notes

This issue has been already been reported this to our engineering team to improve the PDF preview capability in the new editor.

Workaround

A known workaround is to open the file in a different PDF editor, save the file and re-upload.
