Hi Everyone,
We're happy to announce Guest Access in Jira is now available across all paid plans. This allows you to give your confluence guests an equivalent guest role in Jira so they can view issues without a licence. Summary
The External collaboration allows users to be added as guests with limited access to Confluence and some of the macros.
When guests try to view macros or roadmaps from Jira, the information will not be displayed until these users are granted product access to Jira.
Suggestion
Since guests are users supposed to have limited information to Confluence, granting them product access to Jira would expose all the project information and require a license to Jira as well.
This is a suggestion to allow guests to be able to see macros from Jira without having product access to it.
