Ability to customize the navigation bar menus

      Problem Definition

      The default navigation bar shows all menus when available, but admins don't necessarily need all of these menus to display.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to toggle specific menus on and off, e.g. People/Teams, Apps, Templates, etc.
