Hide Tabs from the navigation bar from the portal customer

      Summary: Hide Tabs from the navigation bar from the portal customer

      Elaboration: JIRA Service Desk Customer should not see tabs (Home, Recent, Apps, Create, Space Settings) on the navigation bar if they access the confluence KB/Space/Page.
