At the moment, permission to create personal spaces is given to each group individually.

Having the option to disable the creation of personal spaces in the entire instance would be ideal for some customers. Therefore, whenever a new group is added to Confluence, it would not be necessary to configure permissions from scratch under Global Permissions.
