Issue Summary

Customer is unable to list all their decisions items from pages in a space.

Steps to Reproduce

At this stage we can only reproduce on the customers instance

• Customer has a report macro on a page in their space
• Only one page has their decisions coming through on the macro via search
• There is one page missing currently which is not showing up

Expected Results

All decisions on pages in a space should appear in the Decision Report Macro

Actual Results

One page is not displaying correctly with just current space or single label

Workaround

Workaround is for the customer to add additional labels to the page that has the decisions.
