Issue Summary

When adding the Decision report macro to the page not all results will appear unless a high max results filter is set.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Add decisions to it.
3. Create another page.
4. Add the decisions report macro on the page.

Expected Results

The decisions are shown as per the selected filters set, disregarding the max results filter.

Actual Results

Instead, not all results are present without setting a max results filters.

Workaround

In order to make the decisions show up, you need to add a high max results filter is set.
