Issue Summary

Adding an Inline Comment automatically adds you as a watcher of a page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure that you have the 'Autowatch' setting disabled at your profile
2. Go to any page that you're not watching
3. Add an inline comment to it
4. Check the 'Watcher' icon

Expected Results

You are not added to the watchers list.

Actual Results

You are added to the watchers list.

Workaround

Right after posting a comment, uncheck the 'Watch' icon to not receive further notifications from that page.
