Issue Summary

User not able to add a comment in attachment when using drag this pin to add a comment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload a pdf file in a page
2. Go to the view attachment page
3. Click view and drag this pin to add a comment

Expected Results

Users should be able to add a comment.

Actual Results

The comment box keep spinning

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
