Duplicate tasks appear in Task Report macro

Issue Summary

Duplicate tasks appear in Task Report macro only at UI end but not at DB end.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a meeting notes page with multiple tasks
2. Enter task report macro on another page ( probably parent page of all the meeting notes)

Expected Results

It should show the right number of incomplete tasks

Actual Results

It shows the duplicate task

The below exception I noticed in one of the cases,
Selecting items to display set to 10 is duplicating the tasks.
Selecting the items to display without label set(keeping label field blank) to 20, duplicates the task.
Also, this is happening at UI end. cannot find a duplicate task on DB

Workaround 1

• If items to display is set to 10, change it to 20, 40 and check-in preview. However, this workaround is not applicable for all the used cases.

Workaround 2

• Click on any of the columns in the task report macro to 'order' it. This will get rid of the duplicates for the moment.
