Issue Summary

• When the table of the content macro has headings that have scandic letters, clicking on each of those headings doesn't navigate to the correct heading.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a page
• Add a few headings with Non-English letters.
• Add Table of content macro
• Publish the page
• Click on each heading

Expected Results

• We will navigate to the correct heading paragraph

Actual Results

• Click on the headings doesn't navigate to the required heading paragraph

Workaround

• Remove the symbols from the headings.
