Issue Summary
Table of contents links with accented characters in the headings do not work, i.e. opening them will not point to the correct heading on the page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page with headings containing words with accented characters (é,è, â, î, ô, ü, ï ç)
- Add a table of contents macro.
- Try to access a heading through the Table of Contents Macro
Expected Results
The page should open at the appropriate heading
Actual Results
The page does not open at the appropriate heading
Notes
- This also seems to affect some other characters such as: #, – (en dash) and ¿
- It also doesn't work if Page title contains words with accented characters (é,è, â, î, ô, ü, ï ç)
