(... or at least be different for personal spaces)
I have a wide range of users, with very different levels of trust in them. I have a few spaces that are only accessible by trusted users who have legitimate needs to upload some rather large files. The problem is that I also have spaces with users that I don't trust as much and who don't need to be uploading large files. I would really like to be able to set a global default maximum attachment upload size (as is currently the case) but also, as the Confluence administrator not as a space administrator, be able to set a different limit for some spaces.
A potentially easier addition to make that would get me a chunk of what I need would be to just add the ability to specify a different global maximum for personal spaces as opposed to regular spaces.
