E-mail notifications for comments containing emoji all render as (blue star)

      Custom emoji in comments come through in email as a blue star:

      The markup includes:

      • data-emoji-shortname
      • data-emoji-fallback

      with the custom emoji name, but the image src is to .../emoticons/star_blue.png and data-emoticon-name="blue-star" and alt="(blue star)" both reference the blue star instead.

       As a workaround, follow the link and view the content in Confluence.
