Issue Summary

When a question is created, answered, or any user is mentioned in Questions for Confluence, the notifications for these events are not being sent. Additionally, when a user watches a topic they are not notified when new questions are created.

Environment

• Questions for Confluence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Questions for Confluence space;
2. From the sidebar, click on Questions;
3. Try to ask a question, answer a question or mention someone;
4. Notice that no notification will be received by email;

Expected Results

Receive a notification for the actions taken in Questions for Confluence.

Actual Results

No notifications are being received.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
