Issue Summary
Trying to create the weekly incident report page, which needs us to insert wiki markup does not show the window. This error is logged in the console:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page with old editor (TinyMCE)
- Try to add Markup macro
- Check browser's developer tool Console tab
Expected Results
Able to add markup text to the pop up window
Actual Results
Nothing happens
Workaround
Create the page using the new editor, which is available to you by following the steps below:
- Hit + at the sidebar
- Select Try the new editing experience
- Hit Create
- Type markdown code directly into the editor and it will automatically convert it
