Unexpected download starts along with file preview when clicked a link of attachment

      Issue Summary

      When you clicked an attachment, the download starts along with file preview.

      Environment

      • Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
      • Firefox 68.0.1 (64-bit)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page with an old editor and add an attachment as link
      2. Click the link and verify the download starts

      Expected Results

      Only file preview starts when clicked the link.

      Actual Results

      The download starts along with file preview.

      Workaround

      None. Consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed as to the state of the bug moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Confluence users.

            As we continue to roll out features we do look at requests made by our users and if you feel like this bug is still impacting your team please let us know.
