Unable to Add Attachment/image Comments in new editor

Issue Summary

Unable to comment on the attachment images, the "pin" icon at the bottom of the page/image is missing in the new editor.

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Open a page in the new editor and upload an image and publish the page.
2. Step 2.Open the page in the preview mode and click on the attached image,at the bottom of image it shows Zoom out , Zoom in  but it doesn’t show Fit to page , Start presenting, Drag this pin to add comments option

Expected Results: Drag this pin to add comments option ,Fit to page , Start presenting, should be available in the new editor.

Actual Results: Drag this pin to add comments option ,Fit to page , Start presenting, are not available in the new editor.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
