Issue Summary
Despite the Jira project being open to anyone (anonymous), Jira issues won't load on a Confluence page for an anonymous and non-authenticated user.
Environment
- Confluence open to anonymous
- Jira open to anonymous
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure those three are open to anonymous access:
- The Confluence Global Permissions
- The Confluence space
- The Jira project
- Insert a JIRA Issue/Filter macro returning issues from the project and save the page
- Access the page as anonymous (incognito mode)
Expected Results
The issue's details should load.
Actual Results
It keeps Loading Issues forever.
Notes
If the user is authenticated on an Atlassian Account, even if this user doesn't have access to the instance, the issue's details will load correctly. The problem happened when we used incognito mode (not logged-in to our accounts).
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
