Summary

• When accessing a page with @mention using the link at the sidebar, the @mention details are missing. Refreshing the page will load the information.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Mention few users using @mention feature
3. Publish the page
4. Access the page using the link from the sidebar page tree.

Expected Results

• Mention should show when you access the page from the sidebar page tree.

Actual Results

• Mention details are missing when you access the page fro the sidebar page tree.

Notes

• By inspecting the page element of the affected page(s), the mentions are being replaced by blank spaces (until reloading the page, which will make it appear).
• This appears to be affecting specific pages.
• As an important note, the issue is always replicated when creating the mentions using functions from page templates. For example, when adding a page with a Retrospective template, if adding users through the Participants field, the mentions will not be displayed until the page is refreshed.

Workaround

• Refresh the page or access a different page on the sidebar, and then, come back to this one.
