Issue Summary

The page restriction shows can edit for admin users with view restriction even though they can't actually edit the page

Environment

Confluence cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a page restriction to a page
2. grant yourself on view restriction.
3. Click the padlock icon again to restrict the page
4. User name shows with can edit permission

Expected Results

Only can view permission should be shown to the user

Actual Results

User see can edit permission granted even though they dont have the access

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
