Issue Summary

Some API requests made by Connect apps, either using JWT or OAuth 2.0 JWT Bearer Token authentication, are treated as anonymous requests.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make an API request as a Connect app.

Expected Results

The request is processed, acting as the app's system user or as an impersonated user.

Actual Results

The request is treated as an anonymous request.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
