Users cannot view QA in the Questions for Confluence space, it is empty

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to /wiki/display/QUESTIONS/customcontent/list/ac%3Acom.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions%3Aquestion?ac.com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-questions.path=/questions-bootstrap

Expected Results

View the existing Questions from the space

Actual Results

No questions shown and is blank. Error:

Workaround
