Issue Summary 

In a table, when users try to indent the text inside the table cell, indent doesn't work.

Environment

Confluence Cloud - Old Editing Experience

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a table in a Confluence page
2. Fill some text in the table cell
3. Try to indent the text and nothing happens.

Expected Results

The indent should work without using the enter and delete key.

Actual Results

Indent doesn't work on the text inside a table cell.

Workaround

Use enter key after the text and go back. Now try to indent the text and it works as expected.
