Decision log page doesn't retrieve some information

Summary

Creating new decisions prevents certain fields from showing up in the decision overview page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Decisions Blueprint
2. Create a decision page. Enter the information about the decision, outcome, and stakeholders.
3. ONce you save the decision page, access the Decision log.

Expected Results

• Decision log should retrieve the Stakeholders, outcome etc from the created decision page.

Actual Results

• Decision log page doesn't retrieve the Stakeholders, outcome etc from the created decision page.

Workaround

1. Go to the Decision page and Edit it
2. Change the Contributors field in the table to Stakeholders
3. Publish the Page
   (The same workaround can be applied to other fields that are not being rendered in the Decision Log)
