Creating Decisions from template does not work

Issue Summary

When trying to create a new page through the "+" icon or using the Decision template button from the Decision Log template the same will open the editor, but, will have a message stating that the changes cannot be saved, hence, avoiding the page to be published.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tap the + icon from the sidebar, then, select the Decision template or try to create the Decision, using the create from template macro.
2. Try to edit or publish the page

Expected Results

The user should be able to publish the content on the page.

Actual Results

A message with " Can't Save Changes" is displayed and the publish option does not work:

Workaround

Refresh the draft/editor with the template and the message should be gone, allowing the user to publish the content.
