According to Confluence new editing experience

All the meeting notes blueprint is now on new editor which would not be appropriate for users who used to modify their meeting notes blueprint accordingly to the old editor. Some formattings do not applicable when using the old editor. It would be beneficial if the user is allowed to choose between the old/new editor in customizing their meeting note blueprint.
