Summary

When creating new issues within Confluence, using the highlight text feature, the Link to Epic option is not displayed if the Project where the issue is being created is a team-managed Project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a team-managed (formerly next-gen) project and add an Epic and some other issues to it;
2. Create a page on Confluence and add some content to it;
3. Create multiple issues by selecting some text.

Expected Results

• It is possible to check the Link to Epic option.

Actual Results

• The Link to Epic option is not displayed.
