Backups are failing to create zip file

      Summary

      Space or Site Backups are failing to generate the zip file.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Start a space (or site) backup.

      Expected Results

      • The space backup zip file is provided.

      Actual Results

      • The backup fails. returning: "Failed to create the zip file"

      The below exception is found in the logs:
