Anonymous users can't currently access public wiki pages using mobile view

      Public (anonymous) users can't view public wiki pages from a browser on a mobile device unless they request desktop view. If they request mobile view it asks them to sign in using their Atlassian ID.

      Expected behavior

      Anonymous access should allow pages to be accessed via mobile view

      Actual behavior

      If they request mobile view it asks them to sign in using their Atlassian ID.
