Change Atlassian connect static macro definition to include a section to tell the rendering pipeline where to go in the case of different rendering modes.
(warning) Since dynamic macros can provide styled content its likely that not all dynamic macros will convert easily to a static macro. After phase 1, macros that can convert to a static macro without the need of any extra styles will export to PDF successfully.
(question) If the rendering pipeline to the other formats (email, word, etc) are similar enough they may work here as well.
(question) If the rendering pipeline to mobile is easy to integrate, it will be done here.
