Provide export PDF support for content of dynamic Confluence macros

    Description

      When I export a Confluence page to PDF with Confluence 5.6.1 and Connect 1.1.4, rendered macro content (pure HTML of a dynamicContent macro) is not visible at all, probably because it is contained in an iframe. It would be great if this content would be exported as well (as it is the case for Confluence server).

      The same goes for the Word export.
