Unable to upload PDF file

Summary

Unable to upload a PDF file via manual insert method. From the logs, it could be the same root cause as CONFCLOUD-58739.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a page
2. Ctrl + M to open the screen
3. Upload a PDF file
4. Insert

Expected Result:

The PDF file is added to the page.

Actual Result:

• File is not added to the page.
• Close button becomes disabled.

Notes

• Image files are working fine.

Workaround:

• Use "drag-and-drop" method to upload the file.
• Refresh the page (in Edit mode) to enable Close button
