      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create new page
      2. Add an image
      3. Set an image effect on the image
      4. In the attachments menu for the page, upload an identically named but different image
        #Refresh page

      Expected Results

      Image should be replaced

      Actual Results

      Image stays at original version

      Workaround

      Avoid using image effects
