Images with effects are not updating

Summary

If you insert an image into a page and apply an image effect, the image with effect is not updating if you upload an image with the same file name.

Environment

Confluence 1000.0.0-70ae3c7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Insert an image into the page, set the size to 'Original' and apply an effect to the image
3. Insert the image again, set the size to 'Original'. Do not replace the first image. Do not apply an effect to this image
4. Save the page. (Two images are displayed, one with image effect and one without image effect)
5. Edit the image file using a file editor. Do not change the file name
6. Add the updated image to the page, either by dragging and dropping it onto the page or via the Attachments page ('Attachments' in the ... menu).

Expected Results

• Both images should be updated when an updated image is uploaded with the same file name.

Actual Results

• The image with effect is not updated and does not display the edited image when an updated is uploaded with the same file name.
