Looking Atlassian for Document control & Record management product

Hi,

We are Medical device company and looking for an document management tool.that help us to demonstrate ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR. compliance. We are already using Jira. 
 I understand Confluence is a tool that can be used for document management in which workflow is not integrated with the tool so that workflow can be set and document approval can be shown.

Please let's know confluence can be used to demonstrate ISO 13485 and FDA compliancy
