Problem description

The fix applied on the CONFCLOUD-56861 bug doesn't cover all use cases and some customers are still being affected by this issue, where the Atlassian Companion app can't correctly identify the OS level proxy settings and use it.

Workaround

"atlassian-domain-for-localhost-connections-only.com" can be added to the proxy exception list for the app to work.
