NOTE: According to our Meeting Notes Documentation:

Once you save your page, Confluence will create an index page and add a shortcut on your space sidebar. The index page lists the latest Meeting Notes pages in the space.

      Steps to replicate
      1. Create a meeting notes
      Actual Behavior

Doesn't create a new index page

      Expected Behavior

      Meeting notes index is created

[CONFCLOUD-57810] Unable to create a Meeting Notes Index

The index page is not being created automatically.  Is this bug supposed to be fixed?

            Thanks,

This bug is listed as resolved, but I am still having trouble.

Like the previous commenter, I am using the Meeting Notes template, and there is a meeting-notes label at the bottom of that page. However, my Meeting Links index does not contain links to those notes.

            Please advise.

I'm going to the Create page and selecting the Meeting Notes template.

I have confirmed that there is a meeting-notes label at the bottom of the created page.

This used to work for me but does not appear to be working anymore.   Is this perhaps broken again?

I Also can not complete the work around as I don't get any index pages to copy. This is a pain for me right now. I would also like to see

            1. Decisions made collated in the way the tasks are
            2. Be able to sort by description or have another field available to add to a task like a label / category as then I could group into actions and decisions in that way....

I've tested this several times (with both new and existing spaces) ever since it got marked fixed on 3/12. But I'm still not getting any meeting notes index pages, even after creating and saving multiple meeting notes.

            +1

+1, since we have no way of creating the index pages (if we did we could use that as a work around) this is quite a important issue

How many meeting notes index tickets must it take before Atlassian works to resolve the issue?  Meeting Notes Index Page is not being auto generated.  There are no work arounds for that page.  Content Report Table just stacks the listed meetings.  Also it doesnt help new users with new Cloud instances to copy a Meeting Notes Index from another space.

Adding Vote.  I gave a presentation on Confluence to new users in order to use if for projects.  The meeting Index didnt work on the Cloud Product.  This is the first time I used Confluence Cloud and Meeting Index was a selling point.  Looked bad that it didnt appear.

I'm voting for a fix on this one, please. We set up a lot of project spaces at my company and it's a PITA to do the workaround every time (especially when it used to work so seamlessly!)

Same issue. No index appears in the sidebar after creating the first meeting agenda from the template.

Meeting note created but no index page created.

Workaround that worked for me - copy an existing meeting note index page from another space and move it to the new space, update the macros to refer to the new space.

Same for me, meeting notes list not created. Content Report Table with meeting-notes label shows an empty list. I checked the notes, labels are set correctly

I have recreated this also, it's a PITA - more so because even when you create the index page from scratch, it still does not populate!

I'm also noticed in my space in Jira Cloud that same behavior happening. In fact if I create new index page where I add those two macros and set-up the same way as it would create by default, wont show any list of Meeting notes.

I'd also appreciate an update. It's been almost a year since I submitted this issue.

The problem is partially resolved for me... When I publish my first Meeting Note (or a Decision, or some other child template type) Confluence creates the Meeting Note and the Meeting Note Index but they are published at the same level. The Meeting Note is not a child of the Meeting Note Index. Same for Decisions and the Decision Log. This is not the behaviour I remember before it broke.
