Description
The Issue
Some instances when utilizing Jira Issues Macro, are not able to render the issues on the page. At first, it seems like an permission error where Confluence is not able to display the issues due to the wrong permissions being set, but even with all due permissions the issue persists.
Log Messages
We are able to see the following lines of warning in the logs every time we open a page that is facing the issue:
WARN: com.atlassian.oauth.serviceprovider.internal.AuthenticatorImpl Problem encountered authenticating OAuth 1.0 client for url "https://INSTANCEURL/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/temp/SearchRequest.xml", error was "consumer_key_unknown", with parameters "{oauth_problem=consumer_key_unknown}"
Workaround
The issue is usually due to a broken Application Link. Please contact Atlassian Support (by logging a support request in support.atlassian.com) to have the application links reset.
