      Steps to Reproduce

      • Unable to reproduce the issue with the customer's Operating Systems (2008R2/2012R2)

      Expected Results

      • Should be able to import Word documents

      Actual Results

      • Unable to import word documents when using the following Operating Systems (2008R2/2012R2). Getting "Only word documents can be imported."

      Notes

      It was working before.
