PDF/Html space export are stuck at 50%

Summary

PDF space export are getting stuck at 50% and never completes.

Environment

• Confluence Cloud 1000.1475.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform a space PDF export on a large file where the operation takes longer than 5 minutes to complete

Expected Results

The space is exported properly and a download link is provided at the end to retrieve it.

Actual Results

The export operation get stuck at 50% and displays the following on the user interface:

Workaround

Use the Custom Export option to separate the export in smaller chunks and re-assemble them once all are exported.
