The Table of Contents (TOC) macro is not working with the Numbered Headings macro. Please see image below:

We expect the Numbered Headings content to show up in the Table of Contents, but nothing is showing up. See image of the "Edit" page below:

If I copy the content of the Numbered Headings and place it outside the macro, the Table of Contents start showing the list as expected - it looks like the TOC is not being able to gather information inside the Numbered Headings macro.
