Release and upgrade Confluence TOC macro in OD

      Please release 2.6.10 of the table of contents macro for Confluence OnDemand. This fixes a critical bug where the entries in the Numbered Headings connect add-on are not rendered properly:

      I have verified and tested that building 2.6.10-SNAPSHOT of TOC fixes the issue with numbered headings in on-demand.
