Filter Results macro is not displaying configuration options

      Summary

      When adding the Filter Results macro to a Confluence page the configuration options in the preview pane are not displayed.

      Environment

      Cloud
      Confluence 1000.128.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Confluence page
      2. Add the Filter Results macro to the page

      Expected Results

      The configuration modal should appear and allow you to configure parameters via the preview portion of the window

      Actual Results

      The configuration modal appears but displays only a preview box. There are no options to configure.

      Notes

      The following error is seen in the developer console of the browser:

      com.atlassian.jira.gadgets:column-picker.js?locale=en-US:6 Uncaught TypeError: FilterResultsColumnData is not a constructor
