Summary
Create from template macro "page title" field does not work for certain blueprints.

Steps to reproduce

1. Insert a "Create from template" macro
2. Select How to article in the Template Name field
3. Add a title in the Page title field
4. Save page
5. Now use the button

Expected Result
Should load the editor with the page title populated and the page that created via the button should include the title.

Actual Result
The title does not included in the page
