Cannot drag & drop files inside of Confluence page that has previous attachments

    Description

      Summary

      When attempting to drag & drop an additional file to an already saved page in Confluence, the upload fails and displays to uploads of the file

      Environment

      Cloud Confluence 1000.150.0

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create new page
      2. Drag & drop a file on the page
      3. Save the page
      4. Edit the page
      5. Drag & drop another file onto the page

      Expected Results

      The file should be uploaded

      Actual Results

      The file does not upload. Instead two uploads of the new file are seen that do not progress.

      Notes

      There is no error in the Confluence log
      The developer console in the browser shows the following error

      Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'encoding' of undefined  that shows up in the dev

      Workaround

      Clicking the image button or attachment button and selecting an image or file will result in a successful upload
