Two Attach files button being shown under More dropdown menu on view issue screen

    Description

      There are two "Attach files" buttons being shown on the view issue screen for prod instances, whereas one of them should be "Attach screenshot". I could reproduce it on different instances.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any issue on JIRA v1000.35.0
      2. Select More
