Fix to unbounded thread pool in JIRA Issues Macro

    Description

      Switching from unbounded thread pool to new ThreadPoolExecutor with a limit of 5 threads, and a LinkedBlockingQueue of 1000. This is to stop JIRA Issues Macro threads consuming all the database connections and creating deadlocks.
